Tasks you will be working on:
Resolving second- and third-line incidents within the OpenStack domain
Drafting and executing changes within OpenStack
Performing consultancy assignments within our existing customer base
Supporting the first- and second-line support team in solving incidents
Participating in architecture sessions and drawing up architecture documents
Participating in the improvement plans to refine our service provision
Communicating with the customer regarding the progress and resolution of the incidents and assessing and motivating a root cause analysis (RCA)

What does it take?
- You understand the concept, benefits, and limitations of OpenStack
- You have experience with running OpenStack and OpenStack troubleshooting
- You have solid Linux experience, the terminal does not hold many secrets for you
- You have networking skills, like Linux Networking, Cloud/ Datacenter Networking
- You have experience with at least one flavor of open source automation tooling
- You are fluent in English
